Bring your team into shared work
A CRM subscriber can create and name a team, invite colleagues using their individual email addresses, and assign responsibilities.
- Create your team. Confirm which workspace records will be shared.
- Invite individual subscribers. Each person signs in with the invited email and needs their own active CRM subscription before accepting.
- Work together. Accepted members share workspace contacts, notes and tasks while using separate logins.
- Manage membership. The owner can assign responsibilities, cancel invitations and remove members. Members can also leave.
Team records are available through authenticated, authorized workspace access. This overview contains no customer records. Team invitations do not grant a subscription or email-mailbox access.
